Billing questions
What happens when the trial ends?
If you’ve added a card, your plan starts and nothing changes. If you haven’t, the board pauses and shows “Ask a grown-up”. Your kids, tasks and stars are all kept, and adding a card picks up exactly where you left off.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your Account page in two clicks. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you’re never charged again.
Do you offer refunds?
If TokenTwirl isn’t working for your family, write to us within 14 days of a charge and we’ll refund it. No forms, no fuss.
How many kids and devices are included?
Up to 6 children and unlimited devices on one plan. For now a household has one login, so share it with your co-parent; separate co-parent logins are on the way.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from the billing page. The change is prorated automatically.
